Job Summary


Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / MBA / MCom
• Experience: 5-7 years for Senior Accountant in Accounts Payable (Payments Invoice Processing)

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense claims
• Coding expenses to appropriate GL account cost center
• 3/2-way matching of goods invoices
• Coordinate with respective stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies such as price and quantity
• On weekly basis review payment schedule, prepare payment proposal, bank upload of payments; coordinate with approvers to approve payments in bank
• Vendor Reconciliation
• SLA, KPIs, BRS; Review reconcile all monthly vendor statements; follow up on missing invoices, payment discrepancies
• Query Handling/Helpdesk
• Maintain customer/vendor service relationship (both internal and external)
• Coordinating with purchasing department and other departments for Vendor creation
• Master data maintenance
• Reconciliation of accounts payable records to the general accounting ledger
