We are hiring a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Tech Lead to own the design and delivery of Field Service solutions working directly with customers to understand their processes and translating them into scalable, well-architected FSL solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Run discovery sessions with customers to understand field operations and service workflows

Design and configure FSL: Service Appointments, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, Optimization, Service Territories, Resource/Skill setup, Dispatcher Console

Build mobile flows for the Field Service mobile app (offline support, custom actions, Flow-based UI)

Lead technical architecture across FSL, Service Cloud, and integrations (ERP, IoT, inventory)

Guide and review the work of developers/consultants on the team

Present solutions and lead workshops with client stakeholders

Spot gaps between standard FSL capabilities and customer needs; recommend the right fix

Support pre-sales estimation, proposals, technical presentations

What You Bring

6–8 years Salesforce experience, 4+ years in FSL implementations

Strong grasp of Scheduling & Optimization / RSO and complex scheduling policies

Hands-on with Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, and REST/SOAP integrations

Experience configuring the Field Service mobile app

Track record leading client conversations — requirements, process mapping, demos

Experience leading a small technical team

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications: Field Service Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect

Experience integrating FSL with IoT/asset management systems

Revenue Cloud/CPQ exposure
