We are seeking an experienced Telecom OSS professional with strong expertise in Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS), telecom business processes, and database analysis. The candidate should have a solid understanding of MetaSolv data structures and be capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting OSS applications.
Key Responsibilities - Analyze and support Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS) applications.
- Work extensively with MetaSolv data, inventory, provisioning, and service fulfillment processes.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using SQL and Oracle databases.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and lead solution discussions as required.
- Strong Telecom domain knowledge, particularly in OSS.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS).
- Strong understanding of MetaSolv database schema and data relationships.
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in creating Metasolv Custom Database objects.
- Experience with Debugging/Modifying existing PLSQL logic in Metasolv System.
