Job Description We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Frontend Software Developer for the development team at Sprih. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that scale well with the user load.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end projects that have a high degree of ambiguity, scale and complexity.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Explore and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve the development process and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from top tier institutes.
• 2+ years of building web application experience.
• Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Tailwind or related programming languages.
• Experience with React and related libraries.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
