Frontend Manager

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineering Manager to lead frontend development, drive technical excellence, and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on frontend expertise, proven engineering leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend engineers.
• Drive frontend architecture, technical design, and development best practices.
• Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver product features.
• Drive performance optimization, application security, and maintainability.
• Manage sprint planning, task prioritization, delivery timelines, and technical dependencies.
• Identify technical challenges and drive continuous improvements in frontend development.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technology decisions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI development.
• Experience with frontend architecture, reusable components, and state management.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing.
• Understanding of web performance optimization, debugging, and browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices.
