About The Role We are seeking experienced Frontend Engineers to join SkillsCapital's dynamic development team. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact projects. As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Your work will directly influence the user experience of products used by thousands to millions of customers globally. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA specialists, and architects, to deliver innovative digital solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development or UI engineering, demonstrating a strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of responsive design principles, component-based architecture, and best practices in frontend development. Familiarity with consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, as well as experience with state management solutions like Redux or MobX, is required. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git, along with a good grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.

Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. You will build modern user interfaces utilizing contemporary frameworks and technologies, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and QA teams, you will translate business requirements into intuitive front-end solutions. Developing reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable architectures will be a key part of your role. You will optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring they meet high standards of quality. Integration with APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms will be vital to your work. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and other Agile development activities. Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving frontend issues, along with contributing to engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, will be integral to your responsibilities.
