Frontend Engineer

We are looking for an experienced React Frontend Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend technologies, along with an interest in exploring and integrating AI capabilities into frontend products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and establish best practices for frontend architecture and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI/ML teams to deliver innovative product experiences.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered features, including LLM-based applications, AI assistants, chat interfaces, and generative AI solutions.
• Work with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend services to integrate frontend applications with AI-driven systems.
• Improve application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, technical design, and engineering standards.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and AI tools to enhance product development.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in frontend development, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js .
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating REST APIs or GraphQL services.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated interest in AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered product development.
• B. Tech / B. E. / equivalent degree from a Tier-1 engineering institute preferred.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and practical product-development experience are essential.
• Strong frontend engineering fundamentals with substantial React.js experience.
• Experience building products in product-based companies, startups, or high-scale technology environments.
• Interested in transitioning into or contributing to AI-focused product development.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ownership of end-to-end frontend delivery.

AI Exposure (Preferred):

• Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into web applications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Understanding of streaming responses, conversational interfaces, and AI-powered user experiences.
• Exposure to RAG-based applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows is an added advantage.
• A strong willingness to learn, experiment with, and build AI-driven products.
