Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 3-5 years of experience in building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and be comfortable working on modern web development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional web interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI, functionality, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and follow frontend development best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Frontend Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience building responsive web applications.
• Good understanding of DOM, browser fundamentals, and web standards.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Good understanding of frontend performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to convert UI/UX designs into responsive web pages.

Good to Have:

• Experience with a modern JavaScript framework/library such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js .
• Experience with frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Vite, or npm.
• Knowledge of accessibility and web performance optimisation.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Exposure to CI/CD and cloud-based application development.
