Role Overview We are seeking a talented and performance-driven Frontend Developer specialized in React.js and Next.js to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will build modern, highly scalable, and exceptionally fast web applications that span the entire Emireq ecosystem. Partnering with product managers, backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and our AI teams, you will transform advanced business workflows into seamless, pixel-perfect digital experiences. This role demands technical ownership, clean code practices, and a strong sense of product empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build, optimize, and maintain highly scalable, responsive web applications utilizing React.js and Next.js.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate high-fidelity Figma prototypes into semantic, modular, and production-ready frontend components.
• API Integration: Connect and sync frontend views seamlessly with complex RESTful APIs, third-party microservices, and live data streams.
• Performance & Optimization: Audit and optimize applications for speed, SEO excellence, and exceptional Core Web Vitals.
• Technical Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code, actively participating in rigorous code reviews and engineering architecture discussions.
• State Management: Design and implement robust client-side state architecture using modern data stores (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Context API).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in

React.js ,

Next.js ,

JavaScript (ES6+) , and

TypeScript .

• Mastery of modern styling systems, specifically

Tailwind CSS , alongside responsive design and CSS layout patterns (Flexbox, Grid).

• Deep understanding of modular component architecture, state lifecycle management, and application hooks.
• Proven experience handling authentication mechanics (JWT, OAuth) and securing frontend routing.
• Strong command of

Git workflows and collaborative version control within development teams.

• Innate focus on writing clean, well-tested code with excellent debugging and profiling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Next.js advanced rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR).
• Familiarity with interactive and animation libraries like

Framer Motion .

• Experience managing asynchronous data synchronization using

TanStack Query (React Query) .

• Knowledge of frontend testing ecosystems such as

Jest ,

React Testing Library , or

Cypress .

• Prior background engineering products within the B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI-powered product sectors.
• Conceptual understanding of Docker and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
