Frontend Developer

RBM Software is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Front-End Developer with strong experience in Next.js and react.js. This will be an onsite role from our Pune office.

Company: RBM Software Pvt Ltd Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced React Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in modern front-end development using React.js. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of JavaScript, React ecosystem, and browser fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js Optimize web applications for performance and Core Web Vitals (FCP, LCP, INP, CLS) Manage client-side data storage using Web Storage APIs (LocalStorage, SessionStorage, Cookies, IndexedDB) Integrate and manage component state using React Hooks, including useState, useReducer, and useLayoutEffect Implement error handling using Error Boundaries and fallback UIs Write clean, maintainable code using modern JavaScript (ES6+), and apply concepts like Promises, async/await, and async data flow Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA for smooth integration and delivery

Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js Strong foundation in JavaScript, including ES6+ features Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization Deep understanding of Web Storage APIs (local/session storage, cookies, IndexedDB) Clear grasp of Promises vs async/await Proficiency in React Hooks (useState, useReducer, useEffect, useLayoutEffect) Experience handling errors with Error Boundaries Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data fetching

Nice to Have: Knowledge of TypeScript Familiarity with performance profiling tools Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) Exposure to CI/CD and version control (Git)
