About this role
About Alright TV Alright TV is a micro-drama OTT platform built for immersive, short-form storytelling. We focus on high-engagement content experiences — and design plays a central role in how users discover, watch, and stay. Until now, we’ve worked with an external agency. We’re now building an in-house design team to move faster, think deeper, and shape a stronger product identity with dynamic interface.
The Role: We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build high-performance, responsive, and engaging user interfaces for Alright TV. You will be responsible for delivering seamless user experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend applications
- Build responsive and high-performance UI components
- Integrate backend APIs and ensure smooth data flow
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness
- Collaborate with design and backend teams
- Complete ownership of the frontend and related systems including design, development, deployment, performance and lifecycle management
Requirements:
- Experience in OTT, gaming, or media platforms preferred
- 3–5 years of frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and React
- Experience in API integration and state management
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with mobile-first design principles
- Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code/Cursor/Copilot
