About The Role The Front-End Developer at Inception42 will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for a range of modern web applications. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can translate complex product requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. The role involves integrating front-end systems seamlessly with backend APIs, ensuring optimal performance across diverse platforms and browsers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean code, usability, and innovative UI solutions, contributing significantly to the company's digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in React and/or Angular frameworks, with hands-on project experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 standards.
• Experience in UI integration with backend services and API consumption.
• Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux is advantageous.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs; knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

• Contribute to shared component libraries, establishing scalable UI patterns and reusable modules.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure smooth development and deployment cycles.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and efficient solutions.
