Frontend Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced

React Frontend Developer for Bangalore with

5+ years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, frontend development best practices, API integrations, and modern AI-assisted development workflows. The role requires someone who can independently build features from scratch, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate product delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Develop complex product features from concept to production deployment.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Manage asynchronous data flows and ensure optimal application performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation workflows.
• Break down complex requirements into logical development tasks and effectively guide AI agents to execute them.
• Evaluate when to use AI-assisted coding versus manual implementation for maximum productivity and code quality.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and rapidly evolving AI development capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of frontend application architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools.
• Ability to independently own and deliver features end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
