Role Overview: We are seeking a frontend expert who can drive architecture decisions, build scalable UI systems, and establish engineering standards across teams. This role requires strong technical depth in modern frontend technologies, performance optimization, and design systems. 🔹

Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications • Drive frontend architecture and engineering best practices across teams • Build and evolve shared component libraries and design systems • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences • Optimize browser rendering, application performance, and responsiveness • Define reusable patterns for scalable UI development • Improve developer productivity through modern tooling and automation • Drive observability, monitoring, and performance tracking initiatives 🔹

Required Skills: ✔ 8–10 years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus ✔ Expert-level proficiency in

JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS ✔ Extensive experience with

React (or similar modern frontend frameworks) ✔ Strong expertise in

frontend architecture & scalable UI systems ✔ Experience building

shared component libraries/design systems ✔ Deep understanding of

browser internals, rendering, and performance optimization ✔ Experience with

modern frontend tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments ✔ Familiarity with

observability, monitoring, and performance tracking tools ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Ability to influence technical direction across teams 🎯
