Frontend Developer Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of frontend developers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensure code quality by reviewing and mentoring junior developers' work, as well as implementing best practices throughout the development process.
• Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in software development with expertise in JavaScript, NextJS, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications with complex architecture designs.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality code that meets industry standards.
