Frontend Developer (Next/React) (AMDS_DS_005) – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 Yrs - 8 Yrs)

Job Description: Frontend Developer (Next/React) – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 -8 Years) We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer as a Lead Programmer Analyst to Analyze general functional specifications (written by the functional team), and transform them into detailed technical specifications, potentially proposing alternative solutions. The "senior" level validates and confirms technical choices. Design and develop new applications or features using appropriate technologies and in compliance with development standards. Analyze and resolve malfunctions and issues to ensure the quality and reliability of digital applications and systems. Write and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for applications and digital solutions. Define and execute unit tests and verify the correct functioning of deliverables. Participate in code reviews and quality control to ensure the quality of the team's work.

• Experience should have 5-8 Years of Frontend Developer as a Lead Programmer Analyst of which 4-6 Years in Next.js.
• Next.js & Headless Architecture (Core Requirement): Deep, hands-on expertise in Next.js and React.js. He/she must be capable of designing and building a scalable, high-performance headless frontend that communicates with SAP APIs, replacing the legacy tightly-coupled storefront.
• SAP Commerce Cloud Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the technical architecture of recent SAP Commerce Cloud environments, with a strong focus on Headless Commerce, Composable architecture, and interacting with OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) REST APIs or GraphQL.
• Responsive Design & UI Frameworks: Strong foundation in responsive design frameworks and modern styling approaches
• Technology Watch: Strong awareness of available technologies and market solutions, specifically keeping an ongoing watch on the headless commerce ecosystem, API-first trends, and Next.js updates.
• Agile Methodology: Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Incremental project management methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acts as a reference, advisor, and expert in their field and ensures the quality of developed solutions.
• Autonomous in managing tasks and timelines based on priorities and deadlines communicated by the project manager and/or supervisor.
• Participates in projects under the supervision of the project manager.
