Duration: 12 Months Location: Bangalore offshore

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 1. Strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development covering frontend, backend, database, APIs, and integration components 2. Frontend experience in modern web technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive UI design, and reusable component development 3. Backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Python, or equivalent enterprise application development frameworks 4. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, service orchestration, authentication, authorization, API security, and integration patterns 5. Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, including SQL query writing, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data model understanding 6. Experience in file processing, data validation, exception handling, batch jobs, schedulers, reconciliation logic, and operational reporting 7. Ability to develop secure, scalable, maintainable, and auditable code aligned with enterprise technology standards 8. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for source control, backlog management, build pipelines, release tracking, and defect management 9. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, environment configuration, release governance, and application support practices 10. Good understanding of banking operations, reconciliation processes, payments, accounts, GL/Nostro, exception management, and audit/control requirements is preferred 11. Ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, support incident resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes 12. Experience working in Agile teams with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and iterative delivery 13. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, ownership mindset, communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders 14. Ability to document technical designs, interface specifications, deployment steps, runbooks, and support procedures clearly Knowledge, Skills and Experience (Additional) • Overall industry experience: 4+ years for developer roles; 6+ years preferred for senior developer roles • Experience in banking, financial services, reconciliation, payments, operations automation, or enterprise workflow platforms preferred • Hands-on exposure to production-grade application development, support, release management, and audit/compliance-driven delivery preferred
