• Lead frontend development initiatives and drive technical excellence across projects.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality frontend applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to frontend engineers.
• Define frontend architecture, best practices, and development standards.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong expertise in

JavaScript and TypeScript .

• Hands-on experience with

HTML5 and CSS3 .

• Strong proficiency in

React.js and modern frontend development practices.

• Experience with

state management libraries such as

Redux (preferred) or other state management solutions.

• Strong understanding of

Git and version control workflows .

• Experience in developing

native/mobile applications using technologies such as

React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks .

• Hands-on experience with

artifact management tools and practices .

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
