Role Description The Frontend and Visual Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role focuses on translating design concepts into responsive, high-quality user interfaces, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and smooth interactions across devices and browsers. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers to refine UI/UX, coding and testing frontend features, optimizing performance, and maintaining design consistency across websites and digital products. The developer will work closely with the broader team to integrate frontend components with backend logic, support new product launches, and contribute to visual standards and reusable design systems. Participation in project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of development workflows is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including building interactive, responsive interfaces and working with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Should have 3-5 years of work experience working with Wordpress.
• Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design skills, ensuring layouts, typography, and visual elements adapt effectively across devices and screen sizes.
• Candidates should possess Web Development skills, including integrating frontend components with APIs, debugging issues, and optimizing performance and accessibility.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, such as version control (e.g., Git), code organization, testing practices, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively collaborate with backend developers and understand data flow and application structure.
• A degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment are essential.
