Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer enquiries through telephone calls, WhatsApp/chat and face-to-face interactions, converting enquiries into branch visits and ultimately into sales. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills along with strong CRM and technology proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and convince prospective customers to visit the branch.
• Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls, WhatsApp and other digital communication channels.
• Welcome and professionally handle customers visiting the branch.
• Explain relevant services, packages, offers and memberships and assist customers in making suitable choices.
• Convert telephone and digital enquiries into branch visits and sales/bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Accurately update and manage all leads, follow-ups, customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Ensure no lead is missed and follow up with customers within the required timelines
