Front Office Reservation Manager / General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has the following:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• A minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in Front office in a hotel is a must. (Chennai Region)
• Excellent communication and written skills in English is must.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and update corporate database, entering delegate bookings to ensure delegate information/ records are kept up to date and accurate for future events.
• Ensure to handle enquiries promptly and efficiently with the overall objective of maximizing sales and room occupancy rates.
• Managing all OTA platform reservations and getting in touch with their representatives to build good relation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators).
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site visits.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Work closely with front office team for seamless operation .
