Front Office / GRE - Hyderabad (Luxury Villas)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, candidates, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is maintained to a professional standard.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments/persons.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes wherever required.
• Manage courier, mail, and document movement.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting arrangements.
• Receive and guide candidates/visitors for scheduled meetings and interviews.
• Maintain front office registers, records, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with Administration, Security, Housekeeping, HR, and other departments for day-to-day requirements.
• Assist with travel, accommodation, cab, and other administrative arrangements when required.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment with the concerned team.
• Handle basic email communication and internal coordination.
• Support HR/Admin team in employee engagement activities and other administrative requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling visitors, calls, and company information.
• Perform any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
