Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive, based in Coimbatore. The Front Office Executive will handle receptionist duties, manage front office operations, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Additionally, the role involves maintaining office supplies, handling queries, managing site operations and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
