Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage front desk operations, visitor management, and incoming calls.
2. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
3. Handle courier, mail, and office communication efficiently.
4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
5. Maintain front office records and support day-to-day administrative activities.
6. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required.

Requirements

1. 2-6 years of experience in front office, reception, or administration.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic administrative tools.
4. Professional, well-groomed, and customer-friendly approach.
5. Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
