Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Graduate in any discipline and computer Literate.

2. Fluency in Telugu and English / Hindi.

3. Managing the entire front office operations which includes OPD and IPD Billing, Insurance related work, tracking and follow up with leads generated, incoming call management and patient appointment booking.

4. Single point contact between patients and doctor round the clock.

5. The job also involves handling pharmacy activities in the absence of pharmacist.

6. The job involves working in break shifts and candidate residing within 5 Km radius from Dr. A.S.Rao Nagar only need to apply.

7. Only female candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles need to apply.

8. Fresh graduates with good communication skills and fast learning ability can be considered for trainee positions.

Preferred candidate profile

Female graduates with hands on experience in M S Office and 2 to 5 years of experience in hospital, clinic and diagnostics.
