Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

Handle patient registration, appointments & billing.

Generate invoices, collect payments and maintain billing records.

Coordinate with patients regarding tests, reports & queries.

Manage cash/card/UPI transactions and daily billing reconciliation.

Coordinate with lab and internal teams for smooth patient flow.

Maintain accurate patient data and follow center SOPs.

Provide excellent customer service and handle patient concerns professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

Previous experience in hospital/diagnostic center billing preferred.
