Front Office Executive

Visitor Management:

Greet clients, architects, and designers with a warm, professional demeanor and guide them to the appropriate sales or design experts. Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming calls efficiently, handle general inquiries, and maintain an immaculate, welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.

Customer Engagement: Provide an elegant initial introduction to our premium home interior design solutions and catalog offerings to walk-in guests.

Team Coordination: Partner with showroom consultants, designers, and backend execution teams to track client footsteps accurately in the CRM log.

Administrative Support: Manage inward/outward dispatches and couriers, update visitor registers daily, and handle basic showroom admin assignments.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Presentation: Exceptional grooming standards, a professional aesthetic sense, and a confident personality.

Linguistic Skills: Absolute fluency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language is mandatory to effectively manage a diverse local and corporate clientele.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in hospitality, front office execution, or premium retail showroom environments. Exceptionally polished freshers are also encouraged to

Core Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and basic digital literacy (MS Office, emails, Excel).

Roster Alignment: Complete comfort with working on weekends (Sundays mandatory) with a rotational weekday off between Monday and Thursday.
