Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Manage reception desk operations and visitor management records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor access passes.
• Maintain records of courier, dispatch, and incoming mail.
• Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for office requirements.
• Monitor and maintain office stationery and reception supplies.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are neat, presentable, and well-organized.
• Support travel arrangements, employee communications, and event coordination as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
