About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor registers and manage entry procedures.
- Receive and distribute couriers, letters, and documents.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other teams on daily office requirements.
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean and organized.
- Maintain basic records and support routine administrative work.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with prior front office or reception experience and good communication skills in English and Tamil are preferred. The ability to speak Hindi is an added advantage.
