Front Office Executive
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, vendor and travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative support at our Mohali office.
Qualification Key Responsibilities
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience. Experience in vendor coordination and travel bookings preferred.

- Manage front desk operations, calls, visitors and general enquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements, services and payments.
- Handle hotel and flight ticket bookings for employees and business travel.
- Manage travel itineraries, confirmations and related documentation.
- Coordinate courier, housekeeping, security and other office services.
- Maintain records, invoices and administrative documents.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Professional, presentable and able to multitask effectively.
