Role Description :The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at the HSR Layout center.

This role is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, answering inquiries, and guiding them through registration and billing processes in a courteous and efficient manner. Daily tasks include handling incoming phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with laboratory, radiology, and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. The Receptionist will manage front desk clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and cash or card transactions, while upholding confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies. The role requires consistent professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail to support a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

1. Graduation Mandatory
2. Typing speed Must 20-25 wpm.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience relevance Health care/Hospital.

• Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties capabilities, including greeting patients, managing check-in/check-out, and handling appointment scheduling.
• Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette skills for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing information, and routing callers appropriately.
• Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills for data entry, record keeping, filing, and basic billing or cash-handling tasks.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with patients, clinicians, and team members.
• Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills to address patient queries, resolve issues, and maintain a courteous front desk environment.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in healthcare or diagnostic centers, familiarity with hospital or clinic management software, and basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
• Proficiency in English and local languages, and the ability to work flexible shifts as needed, are preferred.
