Job Summary
DeFINER Properties is looking for a Front Office Executive with excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills to manage front desk operations and provide professional assistance to clients, visitors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and receive visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Welcome and assist customers, clients and business visitors.
- Manage appointments, meetings and visitor records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for visitor and customer requirements.
- Maintain front office records and documentation.
- Handle routine administrative and coordination activities.
- Support customer meetings and office events.
- Prepare basic reports and MIS.
- Maintain correspondence and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, HR and Administration teams.
- Ensure a professional and organised front office environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
