Room reservations &bookings.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.

Required Candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Prior experience in hospitality/front office preferred.
3-4 years of experience in hotel front office operations
