About this role
Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact by welcoming customers and ensuring a positive in-clinic experience.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate service such as consultation, hearing test, purchase, or service support.
- Manage front desk operations including handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, customer details, and administrative registers.
- Assist in basic accounts management including cash handling, expense tracking, and bank deposits.
- Prepare and share daily reports on walk-ins, sales, stock, and expenses with the Branch Manager.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
- Oversee housekeeping, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of the clinic environment.
- Supervise support staff and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
- Manage vendor coordination for office supplies, courier services, and other operational needs.
- Support arrangements for meetings, guest visits, and senior management requirements when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and organizational information at all times.
