Job Title: Front Office Executive (Male/ Female)

Location: Andheri East - Sahar Road (Client site)

Salary: 28k-30k in hand (Excluding leave & bonus)

Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.

We are looking for a presentable and professional Front Office Executive to manage reception and front desk activities.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls
Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor records
Handle emails, couriers, and office coordination
Responsible to manage travel bookings
Maintain reception area and provide administrative support

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should have hands on experience in travel bookings
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Prior experience preferred
