Front office Executive cum tell caller

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and update customer database and CRM/Excel records, Explain product/services clearly and handle client queries, Coordinate with sales team for order processing and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate / undergraduate / 10+2 pass.

Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi and Local language of balangir is preferred (English will be an added advantage).

Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Internet, WhatsApp)

Experience in telecalling / sales will be preferred.
