What We’re Looking For :

• Experienced Professional: 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or Front Office Executive.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong command over English and Kannada, with excellent communication skills.
• Presentable: Professional appearance, soft-spoken, and polite demeanor.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS-Office.
• Detail-Oriented: Reliable and capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
• Petty Cash Handling: Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records (if applicable). • Inventory Management: Keep track of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
• Facility Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office facilities.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to visitors and staff, ensuring a positive experience.
