Position Title: Front Office Executive/Customer Care Executive

Experience: Fresher / Minimum 1 year of experience in Front office, customer service, or a related hospital field preferred.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Kannada
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with systems skills.
Salary will be based on experience and industry standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from patients professionally
Respond to patient inquiries regarding doctors, departments, and hospital services
Schedule, confirm, modify, and reschedule patient appointments

Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up calls as required.
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions
Provide clear and accurate information to patients regarding consultations and services
Coordinate with hospital departments for appointment management
Follow up with patients regarding scheduled appointments when required
Handle patient queries courteously and efficiently
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and customer service standards.

Additional Information:
• Kannada and English Language Proficiency is Mandatory
• Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Rotational Weekly Off
• Work Location: Konanakunte Cross, South Bangalore
