Job description:

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Managing security and telecommunication systems
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Recording and maintaining office expenses
• Maintaining Companys Extension and directory
• Receiving and dispatching couriers
• Assist the HR Manager in recruitment, documentation, and other HR-related activities as and when required.
• Conduct candidate calling, interview coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and any additional HR assignments as and when required.
• Managing office inventory like stationary, pantry items, equipment and furniture
• Overseeing office services like cleaners, housekeeping and maintenance service providers
• Coordinating internal and external events
• Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area

Specifications:

• Females candidate may only apply
• 1-2 years of experience in same role
• Bachelors degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Good telephone communication etiquette
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Active Listener
