Front Office Associate

Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, handling check-in procedures, and ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, managing inquiries, coordinating visitor appointments, and maintaining an organized front desk area. The Front Office Associate will also support basic administrative duties, assist internal teams with meeting logistics, and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This position requires consistent on-site presence and a service-oriented approach to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Check-in abilities to support visitors and employees.
• Front desk operational capabilities, such as Receptionist Duties and managing visitor flows in a professional office environment.
• Professional interaction skills, including clear Communication and proper Phone Etiquette when speaking with callers and guests.
• Ability to maintain a neat and organized reception area and handle basic administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, document handling).
• Comfort using office software and tools (email, calendar systems, visitor management systems); prior front office or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full time on-site in Chennai; strong attention to detail and a friendly, respectful manner with people from diverse backgrounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
