Front Line Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front line sales activities to achieve business targets through direct channel.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell opportunities.
  
• Identify new business prospects and generate leads through various marketing initiatives.
  
• Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
