Front Line Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
• Meet and interact with bank customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Promote and sell suitable life insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into policy sales.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Provide customer support, follow-up, and policy servicing.
• Coordinate with branch personnel to maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain regular reporting and sales activity records.
