Job Description: Sales & Business Development Manager

Hiring for: A client of Beacon HR & IR Consultants

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 5-10 years in transformer sales and business development, across HT industrial consumers, commercial and institutional HT consumers, solar EPC companies, renewable energy developers and industrial project customers

CTC: ₹6-10 LPA, based on experience, customer relationships and capabilities

Reports to: Management

Role: Field-based direct sales and business development, with administrative coordination as needed. Travel across Maharashtra and other markets, including occasional visits to the factory in Kolhapur.

Ideal candidate:

• Direct sales of distribution, power and solar inverter-duty transformers
• Established relationships with private-sector customers, consultants, project teams and procurement heads
• Strong technical-commercial negotiation and order conversion skills
• Experience with customer and vendor registrations and approvals

Note: This is a relationship-driven direct sales role. Tendering is not a priority, so candidates whose experience is mainly in government or e-tenders will not be a fit.
