Key Responsibilities

• Daily sales and collection reconciliation across COCO/COFO stores.
• Stock reconciliation and coordination with stores/warehouse.
• Monitoring store compliance and legal documentation.
• Franchisee and store coordination for operational queries.
• MIS preparation and data validation for management reviews.
• Follow up on pending reconciliations and audit observations.
• Backend support during store openings and renovations.

Business Need

. Increasing number of stores across COCO/COFO and FOFO formats has led to higher reconciliation workload and coordination requirements.

. Timely and accurate reco is critical to financial control, inventory accuracy.

. Existing team member is balancing multiple operational priorities resulting in delays in closure of backend tasks.

. Strengthening backend support will enable the front end retail team to focus more effectively on sales generation and business development.
