About the Role We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React.js and React Native to build modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams. This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise ERP products, contribute to product innovation, and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using

React.js .

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using

React Native .

• Design reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend and mobile application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Publish and maintain mobile applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Contribute to product planning, feature discussions, and continuous improvements.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, documentation, and code quality.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript with a solid understanding of modern frontend development practices.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and React Native , including Hooks, Functional Components, Component Lifecycle, and reusable component development.
• Experience with state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or React Context API.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and modern UI development techniques such as Flexbox and CSS frameworks.
• Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining React Native applications for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Proficiency with mobile development tools including Expo, Android Studio, Xcode, and native build processes.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, Axios, and Fetch API to build scalable and secure applications.
• Strong understanding of Git-based version control , including branching strategies and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar tools to improve development productivity.
• Product development experience with the ability to contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development to deployment, optimization, and production supportLove experimenting with new AI tools.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in React.js and React Native development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
