Job Summary

avacado.ai is looking for a skilled and motivated Front-End Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies.

You will work closely with product, design, backend, and engineering teams to develop high-quality web experiences and deliver reliable product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Convert UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional web interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services with frontend applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Debug and resolve UI, functionality, and performance-related issues.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding and development best practices.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and develop new product features.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Ensure applications provide a consistent and user-friendly experience across devices.
• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Good understanding of responsive web design.
• Experience with REST API integration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Good understanding of reusable components and frontend architecture.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Strong hands-on development experience with React.js and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing real-world web applications.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and responsive design.
