As a Front-End Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design user journeys, workflows and experiences that simplify complex business processes.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and UX concepts using Figma.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Analysts and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive digital experiences.
• Build responsive, accessible and performant interfaces.
• Develop reusable components and front-end design patterns.
• Work extensively with data-driven user experiences, data presentation and embedded analytics.
• Integrate web applications with APIs, authentication services and enterprise platforms.
• Build capabilities using AG-Grid Enterprise, embedded analytics and advanced data interactions.
• Design and implement AI-enabled user experiences including:
  • guided recommendations
  • intelligent assistants
  • conversational experiences
  • workflow acceleration
  • contextual user guidance
• Improve platform usability, accessibility and adoption through continuous feedback and iteration.
• Proactively identify opportunities to reduce complexity, improve efficiency and enhance user engagement.
• Contribute to implementation of front-end standards, UX principles and design systems.

Your Expertise

Technical Skills

• Strong experience developing modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Advanced JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge.
• Experience using modern state-management approaches.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.
• Experience building enterprise-scale data-driven interfaces.
• Experience working with component libraries and design systems.
• Experience embedding reporting or analytical content into web applications.
• Good understanding of SQL and data structures.
• Familiarity with Git and GitLab development workflows.
• Understanding of software design principles and engineering best practices.

UX & Design Skills

• Strong experience using Figma.
• Strong visual-design and UX instincts.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
• Experience developing reusable UI patterns and design standards.
• Ability to balance user needs, business requirements and technical constraints.
• Strong appreciation for information architecture and workflow design.
