About this role
We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with 3-5 years of experience in building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js, with hands-on experience in developing reusable UI components, integrating REST APIs, and optimizing application performance. The candidate will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality web applications that meet business requirements and provide an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into interactive, reusable, and high-quality front-end components.
- Develop and maintain reusable components, manage application state, and follow established coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring seamless data exchange and application functionality.
- Optimize application performance, loading speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement responsive layouts and ensure consistent functionality across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using relevant testing tools and frameworks.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively through code reviews and development workflows.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver features on schedule.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, progress updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with modern front-end technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements: Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
- Hands-on experience developing reusable React components, React Hooks, and state management solutions.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous requests, JSON data, and API error responses.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, web performance, and front-end architecture.
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Familiarity with front-end testing, debugging tools, and browser developer tools.
- Understanding of web security fundamentals, accessibility, and clean coding practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
- Knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with build tools and package managers such as Vite, Webpack, NPM, or Yarn.
- Experience working with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and web application security.
