Job Description for Front End Developer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer to build modern, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience working with Node.js-based applications and APIs. The developer will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software. Experience with Python-based backend systems (FastAPI/Django/Flask) will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable components and maintainable frontend architecture.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Work closely with backend developers to define API contracts and optimize application performance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues across browsers and devices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Participate in sprint planning, technical estimation, and release planning.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, Responsive Design
• Redux/Zustand, React Router, REST APIs
• Node.js, Express.js, JWT/OAuth
• Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, npm/yarn, Vite/Webpack
• Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

Years of Experience

• 2 to 4 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Experience building scalable web applications.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
