Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a welcoming and highly organized Front Desk Executive to manage our clinic's reception area. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth, empathetic, and professional experience for all our patients.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Greet and welcome patients, couples, and visitors with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage patient registrations, schedule appointments, and handle billing/invoicing efficiently.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Coordinate seamlessly with doctors, nurses, and counselors to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide basic and accurate information regarding clinic services, both in-person and via phone/email.
